ahh yes... wrong thread, I do apologise. You can question me as long as you realise I have been on.........

going back to the original title of this post, I once had the following discussion with a student:
Student: Why do you English drink so much?
Me: If you lived on a small, grey, foggy, wet, murky, dingy, expensive and cold island in the middle of the Atlantic, you'd want to get p1ss3d as well.
