Gregor: You've chosen one of America's most beautiful, certainly one of its most expensive cities, and I congratulate you on your optimistic spirit. I think you're absolutely right in not being too worried about things, as long as you remain upbeat and hang tough. That city can be an extremely enriching experience for you and your wife; a moveable feast you'll take with you the rest of your life. Incidentally, Gregor, my wife and I both graduated from Bay Area universities (BAs, only) while supporting our three young sons. (Don't ask how; I don't even like to think about it!) But with your positive attitude, you'll do what you set your mind on doing!
