WARNING
This month in Beijing the local K9 police are making inspections as to the size requirements of dogs...for example my dog is a little to large..Jackson is a sha pi and even though they issued a licence..he may still violate the requirements...
He is therefor confined to the roof top patio until the 28th or 29th of this month when the program will be finished.
K-9 police can come into compounds but for those with rich foreigner digs..it is unlikely..for those of us in Chinese ghettos...the likely hood of them coming inside the compound is more likely..although many think that they will not bother a foreigner..don't take a chance with Fido's freedom...
