Naive question: how does he know he makes more money??
And Henry, that movie circa 1969 was "If", I believe.

vikdk, glad to see you're playing nicely with all the children in the sandbox. We don't want to see those "consequences," do we??

If - now that truely is a fantastic film - shooting up the teachers - show that together with the Columbine film and the average Chinese student should react with an epiletic fit Laughing

And according to you the measure of TEFL success is: how many students failed to fall asleep during your thrilling movie sessions?

The maltroll, as usual, jumps to hysterical conclusions. What a sad man.

Yes, there was the superb film If and a number of others (often more shocking and depressing) about British public school life. And with the Harry Potter series, students today are familiar with the hierarchy and behaviour of pupils at Hogwarts, which is itself not so different from those public schools in its cliques, intimidation, punishments and nasty alliances.

It's nice to see that the mods are being lax these days. Perhaps they have gone off to Thailand to leave us to our own devices....

Have the mods actually quit? Or is Malsol's grammar as bad as his temper tantrums? Shocked
