Did you treat yourself Baba? Was it breakfast in bed?

Breakfast on someone's sofa bed.

Entrailicus, most of us are somewhat deficient in omega-3s, so those are good to focus on. Oily fish from cold waters, flaxseed, meat from grass-fed animals, and (of course) vegetables are sources of omega-3s.

Incidentally, wiki states that LAMB is usually grassfed, which means in Turkey one may overdose on omega-3s ... I probably did!

Does anyone know if there's less of a focus on "factory farming" in Turkey? I'm not veg but can eat meat with less guilt if there is . . .

Oh, and I think linseed oil may be used to polish furniture but in that case it would be processed in such a way to prevent its tendency towards rapid destabilization (rancidity). Kind of like denaturing alcohol so that it's not drinkable? And that segues nicely into the ubiquitous references to alcohol on the board!

I think the question that most of us on the board have about this is .... Can you get a buzz off it and how much would we have to huff/drink/snort to do it? Cool

I'll have to get myself some as I've rattled all the tipex thinner in the office supply cupboard.

What you don't keep a bottle of cough medicine spare at all times?

The erasable ones aren't very satisfying. What do you recommend? Or, when I go to refill them, should I just add a few drops of something special?

PS Justme--Bun still baking??

Hehe. Yup. Everyone is going crazy but me-- I find it highly amusing. They all think something is wrong because I guess the baby didn't get the memo that it should have come out last Saturday...

It's called "keten tohumu" in Turkish and can be found in just about any herb store or in the pazars. You are not limited to the health food stores for this product.
