| The reason that Molly always defended ET is because of people who work hard there to make it a better place for everyone. This idea that she was paid off to do ET's dirty work is disgusting. She gave nearly a decade of her life to that place because believed in what she was doing. She said the other day that the only reason she had stuck around these past couple of years is that she had felt an obligation to the headteachers and teachers. She bore the brunt of all the critisism and yes she was less than civil sometimes but hey you try having all that crap thown at you for years standing up infront of angry teachers time and again and keep a joyful and compassionate air about you. There is no one at ET right now who could replace her because no one can fill her shoes. |

Molly is definitely going to be missed at ET. I've always found her to be approachable and helpful. And she was our only voice in upper management. I'm glad that we had someone with the guts to stand up to management at ET even though she must've known that most of the time she wouldn't be able to to make them listen.
She has always been on the side of the teachers and because she was always at the forefront, she got all the flak. Yeah, the people skills were lacking on occasion but at least it made meetings interesting.
I for one feel a bit at sea without her around now. Knowing that we have to deal directly with a management system that we don't completely fathom and that has a completely different philosophy to ours is a scary prospect.
Thanks for everything Molly. I wish you all the best and hope that you are more appreciated in your next venture. |

I can't believe they were dumb enough to push her out.
Good luck with whatever you do next, Molly! |

The washing powder for washing brains seems to be cheaper and easier to obtain for some than the washing powder Omo that I use to wash my clothes. By the way, have you seen the graffiti daubed on the walls all the way from Tunel to Taksim "N'olur geri donme!" (Please, don't come back!)? I know it didn't work! |

Intelligence and English Time management have never actually gone in hand.
