Nobody said it was. Reread the entire thread. A crack was made that 6000 RMB is not like 6000 US $ unless you look at it in terms of scale, with the dig being the scale of building a video collection of pirated DVDs that numbers the same as a legitimate one back in the west. Rolling Eyes

I would submit that unless working less than 20 hours a week 6200 with no housing provided is near the very bottom of the pay scale in downtown qingdao.
