| The time to do outdoor exercise is very very early in the morning... sunrise or before. That is when the temp is the coolest. You need to turn your schedule around to match the climate. |

| Find somewhere air-conditioned and walk around that -- the ground floor of the prep year building for example. The students are well used to crazed khawajas. You will scarcely raise an eyebrow. |
