I can't wait to hear how it goes! I've personally always thought that the particular provision in the law mentioned only applied to foriegn football players the coach wants on the national team...


But I have learned that for better or worse in Mexico a lot of people get things because they believe that they deserve them and act accordingly which in turn conviences those around them that they do deserve such things. Unfortunately this goes both ways. There are people, like the rural poor who are convience that they don't deserve certain things, and therefore act in such a way that make it easy for others to walk all over them.
