Thanks for the heads up. It's not a long term proposition, but it would certainly help on arrival. How do you find students? Online? Posters? Word of mouth? |

I think any of those would work. The university I attended set me up with the Professor and work visa and the professor told her grad student about me, so that's how I got her. Then my friend moved back to his country and I took over the tutoring for the two elementary sisters. I have to admit, it doesn't happen that easily for everyone. But one of my classmates from my school in America , got a job working one night a week at an eikaiwa and getting nearly 30000 yen a month. He also got the job through word of mouth. I would advise letting all of your Japanese Family and friends know that you are little for private lesson work. And the school your work for too (if they allow it) Something will show up. ^_^ |
