Yes, it looks like the law has changed all right. Thanks. Japan is facing enormous financial pressure to take care of the elderly right now, so I bet dwindling funds are the reason for the changes.
I'm going in for kokuminhoken in early July. I wonder if they'll ask me to join in nenkin too... |
