I met Nomadder last year. It was a lot of fun. We must have talked non-stop for two straight hours. I'd love to meet other people from Dave's, but I'll have to do a background check first just to make sure you aren't serial killers. I'm sure you understand. |
Haven't killed anyone yet. Am I approved? Although I could murder a box of frosties right now. Is it ok to be a cereal killer? |

The HK board is trying to organize a get-together so that should be interesting.
As with everyone else, I would *like* to meet some people but will see what happens. Have met people from other forums and that has turned out well. |

As Capergirl said, we met for a few hours and had fun. I like to think Im nicer in person than I am here at times. Im in Guatemala and heading south so if anyone is enroute drop me a line. I promise I wont bite. |
It's true! She doesn't bite! However, I wore protective gear under my clothing just in case.

You haven't killed anyone yet? That's not bad. Your application is on file, Lajzar. I might need some fingerprints for the security clearance, but otherwise everything seems to be in order. |

| Look, I told you guys it wasn't serial, it only happened once, nobody has jurisdiction outside of Iowa, the statute of limitations has gone by, it was an accident, and I wasn't even there anyway. |

I have met 2 of the less known posters who I work with and we all go out for dinner and drinks after work on friday nights. But I am a little surprised that there isnt a monthly get together of the ESL teachers in the more popular cities. For instance I notice there are alot of posters from Shanghai who love to talk the bizz, I would have thought there would have been some kind of annual meeting just to meet eachother and chat it up. Personally I would rather talk than keep pounding this stupid keyboard. |

| Well I met Irish at the TESOL convention. That was groovy! Then I went downstairs and lo and behold, there was Dave Sperling!. There's my claim to fame. |
