Why do most schools keep the FEC instead of giving it to us?
I've never taken my FEC home with me while residing in China. I'm reading some pages from photocopies I made many years ago. Hmmm this page looks like a doc for the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. On the first page, the second note states, "The owner must always keep this certificate with himself against inspection on departing from or arriving in a country or at his place residing." We're supposed to keep this with us at all times? My schools have always kept these documents. I've had no problems just keeping my passport and residence permit. |
