Anyone that shows up drunk to work, well that's my definition of douche-baggery. |

If a school tells me to work more, I'll tell them to pay me more or they can wait another flipping 3 months for a foreign teacher.
38 hours a week for 7000RMB a month? Are you mad? No bloody wonder it took them 3 months to find a new teacher!
Even college teachers with more benefits and less workload who work 10 hours a week and making only 4k a month are better off.
Could you please explain to us why you willingly work for less than 50 RMB an hour? |

The key here is to get an overtime rate stated within your contract, as well as the fact that overtime is optional and the decision to accept or decline any hours over those stated in the contract belongs to the teacher. |
