Trust me on this.The red stamp is in the HR's/Principal's drawer.
Anyone can type this and stamp it.It is your right to demand this release letter.Sending you a sample.See and confirm.

| Ask a chinese person to go online on what ever prvince your previous school was at and ckeck the education department's official website for that province (it's in chinese). On That website they provide a release letter template which they can easily print, fill out and stamp it. It takes 5 minutes. You don't even need to sign it. And i'm sure that they don't even need to send the original, just scan it and email it to you. |

| I guess 4 time's a charm. I understand Beijing is now processing my visa and Wednesday I plan on going to Beijing police station to get my residence permit changed/set up. I did this in Shenyang, and I just walked down the street. Is it true people in the outer districts in Beijing have to go into downtown Beijing? An outer district police station isn't good enough? |
