If you are on 1000 yen an hour at Lawson and working a 40 hr week, you'd be earning 160,000 a month. That's about what some English teaching jobs are offering! |

What exactly are you trying to say with that unfortunate information? Yes, some eikaiwas will pay that measly amount, but it's barely (if not below) subsistence wages.
Moreover, plenty of younger people live with their parents so they don't have to fork out for a lot of expenses. |
