Yes, they do, although some machines just don't want to cooperate. If there are more than one or two banks in the area, then you are bound to find an ATM that will dispense RMBs from a foreign networked card. If you don't have a history of traveling much, be sure to notify your bank before you leave that you will be using your card overseas. Sometimes they deny transactions thinking it's a stolen/duplicated card. |
