Khermit: to be a true red-head, collars and cuffs must match!

Honourary red-heads...hum..I don't think so. It's an all or nothing sort of deal. We have to put up with the taunting that goes with being a red-head and the easily sun-burnt skin as well as the multitude of freckles.

Sex drive does vary, even within red-heads and I have been approached on more than one occaison simply because I am a red-head. Men especially want to find out if the rumours are true.... Wink

My sister claims I'm a 'strawberry blonde' whatever that is. It's something to do with being red, anyway. I usually call it 'reddish-blondish-brown'. Let's just say that the carpet matches the curtains.

I have to concur with the 'sex mad' observation. Redheads are like rabbits. It's like the Cure song 'Never Enough'.

I can't comment on hormones, but my high school english teacher, who I think was seriously burnt by a red-head, had it in for us and used to tell us that our hair roots were thicker than other people's therefore sucking up valuable resources from our brains. This from a bald guy! Evil or Very Mad

I don't know that my 'sex-drive' is any higher than anyone elses...it totally depends on the person I am with. Some people bring it out more.
