IMO the health sector will be one of the absolute last they ever think about Saudizing. They could kick out most or all foreigners from the oil companies and they'd muddle through, and the same for the schools, but hospitals? There'd be dead bodies piling up in the hallways within hours. |

Not necessarily. What normally happens is what looks like a rapid enforcement... followed by a reality check when they realize that they don't have enough locals with the credentials who want many or most of the expat positions... followed by hiring more expats again.
It will be messy... for all. But slowly it will happen.
