| If you think that it is good to only be able to save several thousand pesos, 2-3 hundred dollars, monthly in Asia, you are prostituting yourself. Even the poorest paid teachers in Mexico save that. You meant to write dollars in your original post, but aren�t capable of admitting your error. We will let your error go because you aren�t familiar with the currency. |

I know that several can mean 3 or more, but when I read, several thousand pesos, I was thinking more in the 5 to 7 range. Still less than I saved a month in Japan 10 years ago, but a heck of a lot more than I'm saving now. |

When I was in Jakarta, I banked an average of around $500 US per month - or about five thousand pesos per month.
I guess MELEE and I use the same dictionary, because 'several' to me usually means somewhere between five and ten. |
