Oh man, I hope you just knocked on wood...really - don't you know you never say that without a knock or tap or what do the British say???

I think I have a soft plastic stomach, although to be honest it's been better in Mexico than in Canada. I think I was eating to much rich food there and too much of it. |

We should go out for dinner some time, I'll eat your salsa, and you can have my atole! I haven't been able to develop much of a taste for the stuff myself, and only gulp it down to be polite.

Different strokes, eh? |

The other day I went to a taqueria, only one I could find open here in Tuxtla, and all they sold was different types of pork tacos. When I asked what type they had, the lady said these three types of tacos.

I had never heard of any of these tacos before. So I had to take a guess. Because I knew I could repeat the last choice she gave me, I just repeated that choice, the third. I ended up ordering pork brains.

I ate them like any other tacos, not aware of their contents. They werent all that disgusting really...but while I was eating my pork brains, I encountered some sort of pork brain cavity, white filament, resembling bone and muscle...I had to pick around those. Then as I drank my coca-cola, digesting, I started to feel dizzy. Then a little more dizzy, so dizzy and hot that I started to get paranoid that my pork brain tacos had been spiked with some sort of taco drug, so I got up and paid quickly and walked outside.

I figured whatever was in the tacos would kill me by the next block, but it didnt. I made it back to work but for the next thirty minutes or so I had this dizzy feeling, and then it went away. And I felt enlightened.

Whats the name for pork brain tacos again?
