In another thread I said I was in my mid-thirties. How this relates to a well-known phrase, popularised by cowboy movies, confusing anybody in this thread is hard to see.
Perhaps someone is really just interested in stirring trouble? How argumentative of us TEFLers! |

Exactly, and odd to refer to yourself as the OP (rather than just saying I said).
We thinks we are not amused!
'Many moons ago' is not as popular as you might think. Perhaps the cold in Russia is affecting something.....
So if you could be specific, how long have you worked at your present language school?
And did you ever consider telling your boss that 'we should hire better qualified people', (thus avoiding this problem)?
Of course, that might have meant that....  |
