Don't apologize for anything, moonraven, good to see a bit of life in this forum.
If you're asking to be hired as an English teacher, you should at least make the effort to be correct in your application.
I mean, if you make sloppy errors and spelling mistakes when you are supposedly concentrating, how do you write/spell the rest of the day?
Down with "mellow" up with "interesting."

Hi Tim,
Nope, not as yet. I've been glued to the box watching Euro 2004 and trying to get a cheap ticket to Mexico. Wasn't a good idea to leave it to the last moment. Still the footie's good and I think I'm going to chance my luck and get a job out there. I got a few contacts off this forum from some very kind and helpful people so I'm very upbeat about my chances. I still check the web but there isn't much going.
