I can't know what you think, nor what most Americans think either (I'm not even sure why you're mentioning Americans).

grades with a rubric during the two-minute performances, it is extremely difficult to assign a number grade on-the-spot.

Actually it wouldn't be too hard to assign number grades on the spot, though I wouldn't bother grading 2 minute presentations anyway as it's far too short of a time. I'm not even sure I would have any presentations that short in my classes, graded or not.

Never heard of an FT going to a university class with a guitar? Never heard of teachers basing their entire class upon song?

I think possibly I've heard of a single teacher bringing their guitar to a single class because the students asked him to do so. Hardly "most FTs" like you said.

I've never heard of anyone basing a class on songs but why would that be a problem? Songs are a great way to help students learn with benefits I won't bother listing here as they should be obvious.

I was more surprised about the claimed obscenity classes. Could they possibly happen? Sure, this is a big country. But "most FTs" like you claimed? No.

My join date indicates the date I joined this forum, nothing else. Your own join date is far shorter as I'm sure you're aware of. My post count indicates how many times I have posted, not how many topics I have read. It's quite immature to look to these two things as some kind of measure of experience and authority.

I don't know what you are talking about here.
