see my post above yours. An MA TESOL is a good option. That way you will be competitive. Probably more valued in the Gulf than the DELTA. |

Forget the BA. You will receive lower pay because it is a lower level relevant qualification. Your other quals lack specific relevance to what the job adverts demand. |

ave been declining over the past 5 or so years. What you see being offered now may not be the case once you finish your education and gain experience. |
And in 5.5 years time, i.e. by the time he is qualified and has the required post MA experience maybe his life goals will change and no longer include a ME plan. Who knows |

We can only hope he comes to his senses before investing so much time and money in yet another degree.
Alternative scenario, on completing his next degree and meeting current recruiting standards, the EFL world has gone completely to the dogs and PhD holders with 15 years experience in the sandpit are fighting for SAR6000 a month jobs at QEHC, ho ho. |
