You are referring to our selection of male teachers, right? Indeed, the locals are fitter and more aesthetically pleasing. |

But with an esl teacher there may be little, or no, cultural problems and certainly no language problems. WOMEN NEED CLEAR COMMUNICATION .... no one to say "put some socks on, your eggs will get cold."

Yes but when my wife says that she's refering to the eggs I have taken from the freezer which have to be room temperature so that I canmake some basil mayonaise.
So yeah.
Excuse me, are you local?
If you think about it, everyone is in a way.
'I come from my local area'
my brain just mis-fired |

2 main points can be summed up like this.
'Everyone's a local somewhere'
and
'I put socks on my eggs' |

Oh dear I made a couple of typos.
What's a real Scouser then? Curly hair? Moustache? Lives in a council house? Steals stuff?
Well sorry for not being a 'real' stereotype, it's not as though I'm constantly going on about my Liverpool roots. I've admitted on this board that I don't even speak in a Liverpudlian accent.
Plus private messages are called private messages for a reason.
Let's not start a feud eh?
(p.s. If you've decided to become a pedant than 'Scouser' as a nick-name is considered as proper noun and therefore should be spelt with a capital letter)
