I have seen real poor in my younger years and know it well. That is not the case now.

I had my first wage job at the age of 12, picking citrus. Averaged $1.20/hour.

For all of its vices, KSA does keep me happy in the bank account.

Never said I was wealthy or was in the judgemental mode.

I have adequate funds to do the things that I like to do, both as hobbies and avocations.

Why am I here? I chose to be here. As a writer, I find the "Sand Box" a great place to work on new manuscripts.

As far as vices and the usual hypocracy, no better nor worse than other places I have seen.

Over the period 1970-2008, the only time when I have had enough money was when I was working in KSA. That is the reason I keep coming back. The salary here is not huge but it allows a comfortable life and some saving.
