Dear Mark-O
If I'm correct, dmb's no longer residing in Qatar but has moved on to Turkey. Any idea how the "Drifter" situation is there?
Regards,
John

Hi John,

Yes, I was aware that he was moving. I suspect he'll be crossing his (chocolate) fingers for a more promising 'Drifter/Boost' situation in Turkey. Best of luck to him!

Latest news... The vending machine has just been restocked by the cheery lady who looks after it and here are just some of the treasures it now contains:

McVities mini chocolate digestives
Boost (blue wrapper)
Waifa (dark chocolate version)
Snack
Bounty (milk chocolate)
Toffee Crisp
Maltesers
Jaffa Cakes (3 pack)

Enjoy!

Drifters are i must admit the Prince of chocolate bars.....having upstaged in recent years the mighty Lion Bar...but the King and Queen of choccie bars, reigning supreme and smiling graciously down on all they survey in the newsagents and supermarkets the world over.... have to be the sumptious 'Frys Chocolate Creams.'.esp the peppermint one...and 'Turkish delight'..(small... but like a 5ft 3in Page 3 girl...perfectly formed......m'lud I rest my case..!!

If dmb is now in Turkey then he should be eating Ulker (with an umlaut on the "U") products.

Give me them over all these Drifters and Snickers and Mars Bars !

DMB: Do not bite the hand that (potentially) feeds you!

Anyway, you must be in seventh heaven having coming back to the world of Boosts and Ulkers!

How are you settling in after your move, mate?

Ignoramii! The best chocolate bar in the entire universe -- bar none (bad pun intended) -- is the Coffee Crisp.

Ulker with an umlat. I am so impressed with them that I plan to invest the not inconsiderable family fortune of the Nightingale clan in this company.

How do I buy shares in a Turkish company ?
