Bad analogy. Fits in well with the rest of the tortured syntax.

This Go2Russia personage is clearly a compulsive liar who enjoys getting a rouse out of ppl on forums while he's not chatting up young Russian women with his flawless first-year Russian. Maybe with his advanced Russian skills he can help explain to us the difference between the words 'pridurak' and 'durak' and then decide which word may or may not better apply to himself.

Back to the topic of this thread:

Modern English School in Moscow seems to be a very good place to start with, especially as they do provide everything, and the DOS, Natalya, is lovely!

I had an interview with them February 2014. The school is nice, good variety of classes and the teachers seem to have their heads screwed on. Even though the DOS was sick the day of my interview, she came to the centre to meet me personally and even bought me a cuppa! How sweet of her.

The branch I had applied to was a few minutes marshtrutka ride away from Planernaya (top of the purple line), so location not 100% ideal but it's not the worst thing in the world either.

I forgot the conditions but it included visa and accommodation. And another Moscow expat I've been conversing with (not from these forums) also said ME is a good place to start out with, unlike the other scam artist places like LL, IL, SU, WSI, IH, EF etc

That too...

I forget how much they were offering, but it was a decent amount at the time!

Post edited, as the offensive troll and his useless comments are now thankfully gone.

No, no, no. Nothing of the kind, please rest assured. The thread has been moderated, and insulting comments removed. Looks a little odd now, true. But your info and input is most welcome. Please carry on : )

Gee, thanks. So nice of you. I did make it clear that I spoke with Modern English School in February LAST YEAR and have not bothered trying again with them as it is a bit far from where I will be living in Moscow...if that's useless, offensive or trolling, then that's entirely up to you

No, it wasn't you! As Sasha notes, offensive stuff has been removed. Carry on, please - your stuff is clearly useful Laughing
