no...release letters have...recommandation letters've just come out, and they've got a slightly different role than the release letter have had...for the sake of all, please do not confuse the issue here...but yes it's been a common practice to disregard the rules/regulations in china, isn't it? they only come to haunt you, when they want to
now, and with all due respect to you, feel comfy to work in a country that calls on all its clueless employers to recommand their foreign experts to others
