Thanks for the mixture of comments, appreciate them.
Well, whatever the negative comments are I have accepted the position. I think it will be a good experience and am not really doing it for the money. If the school does have a bad reputation I hope to turn it around and give it a good name with my expertise.

Bravo for making your own decision.

EF is a subject of much debate here.

Perhaps your perspective, posted here would, as time goes by, be valuable to others considering this choice.

Don't most people give more credence to those with firsthand, current experience with the school in question?

An older relative of mine worked as an IBM programmer back in the 80 column punch card days when computers were as big as a room. Nice guy and well-intentioned, but I wouldn't ask him about what working at IBM is like today.

So, those of us with limited, secondhand, or dated knowledge about schools wish cheers and beers to the new torch carriers as we (showing prudence and respect) defer to your current expertise.
