I am hoping that it is like everything else in China. Six years ago everything made here was of low quality. Now there has been a 600% improvement. Two other things to mention. The leaders of China want technicians, scientists and engineers. Not much money going to the arts and after all unlike any other place they come from the army and are not lawyers. They want the students learning English Lee Yang style where large numbers of students chorus the teacher.
