Is it possible to get an apartment in China that allows dogs?

How easy is it to find apartments in Korea that allow dogs?

I know sometimes details matter in other countries.

Dog details:

1. inside/outside - dog is inside dog.
2. weight - 50 pounds
3. barking - breed does not tend to bark
4. biting - breed is non aggressive
