I have an interview with AREL school, Istanbul. Does anyone know what the working conditions are like, is it a good school to work for, information regarding student behaviour, etc?

Thanks,

				Hi Connie,

How did the interview go?

Are you a liscenced teacher in Canada?

Not sure if AREL requires a teaching liscence or not...

Regarding behaviours.... there is a thread on Turkish private school behavior. They are little monsters! Really have to be strick with them. 1st and 2nd graders seem to behave better than the higher grades... |

AREL contacted me for an interview, but after they told me the work days for 1st grade was from 8am to 5:30pm I said forget it....!

Too long of a day to be with young learners... |
