Apple have alwasy been considered too pricy by most in KSA. You get used to cheapo pirated stuff and Third World slave labout to keep prices down. Apple does not seem to go down that road.

So it looks like there aren't an official Apple Store in Riyadh. There are no official Apple Stores in Latin America either but they have stores they call ione which have a licence to sell and fix apple products. I'm betting there's one in Riyadh. Anybody know where???

There used to be a couple of computer stores on Tahlia street, I think one of them sells Mac and Apple products. I am not sure if it still there?
Also, there are a couple of computer stores at Olaya Gulf Commercial Cente, near the Olaya computer market situated on King Fahad service road.

From a friend who usewd to work with me in KSA -

"I am a Certified Apple Support Technician, and I can say there is NO official technical support in Saudi Arabia. There are some official resellers, for fixing computers. They send them to the UAE I believe. Thee is a an active user group based in Riyadh and they have set up the site saudimac.com, probably worth contacting someone there."
