A good and very interesting cause gone bad.....

I had an oppertunitiy to teach English teacher from Inner Mongolia. To teach English and some teaching skill. These teacher were some of the most interesting and sweetest people I have met here to date. They taught me a lot about there way of live and culture.

But the problem was the Principle(which he told me he was) Mr. Johnathan Shang of the school call;
Beijing Shixian Institute in Haiden District
Mr. Shang did not pay his Teachers that he brought in Especailly to teach these people or if he did he damned a commision. He also owes money to the teachers of inner mongolia that work for him while taking this course!!

It is People like "Principle" Mr. Johnathan Shang, that make living and teaching in China very difficult and give the good Schools out there a bad name. Which makes a lot of teacher not want to come to an amazing country like "CHINA".....
