What's the story with IPS? Is it a good place to work? Do they treat their teachers well? Any issues with non-payment of salary? I heard that they require 2 months probation for new teachers during which time they only pay VND 200,000 per hour (net USD 7.50). |

LOL I can't imagine living on anything less than $15 an hour in this place. I just don't see how one could afford a place to stay and food at that rate.
I met some guys at an IPS that seemed quite content. The school offered me $25 an hour if I had a work permit. They didn't offer to help me get one.
Four classes a day, half a day but I don't know how long the classes were. $15 if I didn't have the permit in hand.
I met a fellow who quit because he was docked an hour's pay for making an error marking a test for his students. As would I. On the spot. |

OP, already been several horror story reports written on this site in one or more threads regarding IPS. I recall reading them only about 6 months ago. |
