Hi y'all,
I'm a newcomer, Jeddah. Some advice, please, from experienced "old-timers". Without the [i]iqama [/i] I cannot yet open a bank account. What is the best way to organise, therefor, to send money back home(New Zealand). Western Union, perhaps?
Also, any advice on gym memberships, prices, terms?
I'd be most grateful for any guidance, thank you.  |

| Your best responses and assistance will come from your teaching colleagues; they'll know what's available in your particular area in terms of recreation and banking/wire services. Additionally, if you do an Internet search on expat forum jeddah, you'll find numerous useful forums on living in Jeddah. |
