Dear Readers,
As you know, this is a public forum and therefore information on this forum stays in the public domain. Also, this great forum for teachers all over the world provides information that others would prefer to be kept secret.
..Here we go..my line manager received an e-mail today from his colleague at RC (Royal Commission) advising my line manager to "bring me into line". Well, guess what? I stand by ALL original postings.
Raseel Training ([email protected]) TOLD ME I WOULD GET THE INFLATION ALLOWANCE(a payment all other teachers get=15% monthly basic)--THIS WAS A LIE. ALSO, RC DID NOT SEND ME A CONTRACT, THEY WAITED UNTIL I ARRIVED. |

Would it be correct to assume that you're leaving your current position ? |

Dear Trustme,
It seems as though there is some kind of discrepancies between what you posted on August 23rd, 2012 on the Raseel Training? thread and what you are saying now.
I was recruited by Raseel two years ago with a group of other teachers and she was nothing but nice and helpful - during my first day there I called her because I got lost and didnt have any driver phones and she had a family come and pick me up at the mall. Like the rest we were all direct hires and while it is true that theyve changed the inflation rate and renamed it in our payslip we all had a contract before arriving to Jubail.
This area is totally different to other cities in the country, much smaller, a bit isolated at times, far from airports, etc. and it has taken me a while to learn how to work the ropes and understand how things work- it helps that I like what I do, love my students and have an amazing group of real friends/colleagues that we are there for each other when the need arises. In addition, Ive started learning Arabic which will give you the answer to a lot of questions on an educational and personal level. |
