Is it true all faculty members are on a one year only contract? That is, management is thinning the herd? With every teacher sweating out next year's evaluations and mass sackings, is this expected to create harmony or a death cage battle royale working environment? Within a year or so, the management will be poring over CVs, is this not the best time to start sending therm in?  |
