I am dropping by for 3 days or so from Istanbul next week and would like information toward forming a general idea of how much money to bring.
Would someone please fill me in on how much for example is:
A typical fast-food meal -- i.e., some kind of sandwich thing with drink, fries optional
A pack of cigarettes
A candy bar
A bottle of water
A glass of tea
A subway ride, one way
A newspaper, magazine
A CD if they still sell them
Any other items that could be of interest -- I get a sense that the people I am traveling with are not drinkers, nor am I but heck, give me some liquor prices too.
I haven't been in Moscow since 1994 so I have NO idea anymore what things cost.
