Should be a fair amount - from Emiratis but also from "Gastarbeiter" who are planning migration to Australia and Canada. Certainly in KSA and Bahrain there seem to be large numbers of Asians doing IELTS for emigrationj and settlement in Canada and Australia. Many worked in hospitals.
