I have already taught in Istanbul, but I am looking for a short term assignment ( 3 months or less). Do you guys have any suggestions?

Quite a few primary schools and high schools have summer school, but many go through a third party recruiter. They are usually only a couple of weeks long each, but you could string a few together. The language school enrollment usually takes a nose dive in July and stays that way until after Ramazan.
