This is going to be he fourth time I have renewed or transferred my visa, and I've received a list of "necessary" documents for the process. However, in the last 6 months since I last transferred my visa to a new employer the requirements seem t have changed.
Anyone know anything about a original foreign expert card and number? I've never even heard of such a thing, beyond the visa type we teach under.
Secondly, I kind of forgot to register where I live the last time I moved home, does this really matter? It wasn't required the last time I did this.

Never heard of the first one, but as to the second, can't you just register now? |

I assume they mean your foreign expert certificate, a passport-like book with a photo/stamp indicating your workplace etc issued by SAFEA. It has its own number, separate from your RP. Most schools give them out to their teachers, but as they are meant to be returned when you leave, I think some schools keep them as they (may) have to pay a fee if they are not returned. |
