I'm planning to apply for ESL jobs in the Hong Kong.

If I manage to get work there, can my Philippina wife get an entry visa to join me?

Make sure you have your wedding certificate (in English or Chinese), and, if you're only recently married, other proof of the genuineness of your relationship such as photos of you two together, with each other's families, etc., letters and whatever else might be relevant.

Then an application for a dependent's visa for her can be submitted at the same time as your employment visa application.

With her visa approved, she's allowed to stay as long as you are, and entitled to get a job without the need of a separate visa.
