|
|
Hi,
I left Saudi Arabia in June 2012 on an exit re-entry visa (not a final exit visa) due to personal issues which were completely unavoidable. I'm looking at returning to Saudi Arabia in the near future. My Iqama has expired and I have a new passport. I've read many stories about a 2 year ban. Is this true?
If anyone has any clarification regarding this or anything else of relevance it would be very appreciated.
Many thanks,
Jack |

If your Biometric information is stored in the Jawazzat computer system, then I guess it will be difficult, if not impossible, to go back or even to get new entry visa to the Magic Kingdom. As far as I know and, in your case, the ban is for two years. If your Biometric information is not stored in their system, and with new passport, then there is possibility that you might get new entry visa with new employer - it will be a trial and error from you side!. |

What I think you're talking about is the LOR (Letter of No Objection). That has been done away with, you no longer have to get that. However if the Saudi's have a blacklist for people who don't go by the contract when leaving I don't know, I don't know if anybody knows for sure. |

LONO/NOC (Letter of No Objectio/No Oblection Certificate) is no longer a LEGAL requirement but may be an ADMINISTRATVE requirement. Work that one out.
If you left without an exit visa you MAY be blacklisted in perpetuity. On the other hand perhaps you are not.
Shall I ask the Red Queen on your behalf ? |
