| Anywhere, in any country, in any institution ... depending on her level of English, but we would say the same for anybody. I've met Eastern Europeans in the top universities in every country in the Gulf. |

So many of the ads specify nationality must be US/Canada/UK/NZ/Aus/South Africa !!!
