I've been offered a monthly salary of 23000 MOP at MUST. Is this a decent salary? The campus looks nice. If anyone works there or has worked there, it would be nice to get some feedback.

23K is decent money in Macau. Are they offering totally or partially subsidised housing with that? If so, it's even better.

Sorry, I don't know anyone working there at present, but what I can tell you is that it is new by uni standards, purpose built campus which looks very nice as I've driven past, but right between the airport and the Cotai strip (the Vegas style entertainment area). I seem to recall seeing staff buses for MUST running to and from Macau peninsula, and there are plenty of public buses too.

There are some quite nice residential developments in the general area, but unfortunately walking/ biking to and from the uni isn't really practical owing to the lack of proper infrastructure (that entire reclamation area was designed entirely for cars and buses,Evil or Very Mad mutter, mutter, fume Crying or Very sad). By public bus, MUST is 15 - 20 minutes from downtown Macau on one side and Hac Sa beach on the other.
