| Dreadful conditions currently being experienced by teachers at a large aviation and military company currently recruiting for a technical and military English language contract in Saudi in Dhaman/ Dharan.........staff moral at all time low...........12 resignations this year. 30 left last year! New managers ex British military with no teaching experience............A nightmare. Teachers and cadets physically sick and mentally stressed............Bargepoles Are Essential. Do not touch this contract. Possibly some of the worst school and classroom conditions in the world of TEFL. teachers are hiring lawers to prevent management abuse...........check other forums for more information.............if you know anyone working for this British company ask them and they will tell you the truth. |
