Depends on hours/holiday + accom and airfare allowances.
Given cost of living say 6K pm plus 10K airfare, free single occupancy accom on campus, access to subsidised dining halls.
20 or less contact hours pw and minimal attendances at English corners and 'white guy on show' events.
Free face masks would be a nice to have also.

it does depend on the number of teaching hours per week, as well as your benefits and vacation time. however to live comfortably (i.e., eating/going out a couple times a week, taxis home on late nights, oversea vacations, etc.) in Beijing, i think you should aim higher than 6000 RMB/month.

before anyone jumps in here, YES, if they give accommodation, it's definitely doable on 6k/month, but you won't be saving much, again depending on your lifestyle. Beijing is more expensive compared to other Chinese cities, even where i was living in the 'burbs.

when i was working in Beijing, i was teaching 22 classes a week with a salary of 14,000/month, not including my housing allowance and airfare (vacation wasn't great here though). i think you should be aiming for about 10,000/month while taking into account other benefits in the contract.
